Sandra, 81

Sandra has lived a full and colourful life, even once walking from North Melbourne to Sunbury before tiredness set in and passers-by helped her out. She enjoys talking about art, her family and her beloved canary, Freddie, as well as general day-to-day topics. Sandra worked as a machinist doing gold stamping at the Crosby shoe factory and also spent time ushering people in theatres, both roles she remembers fondly. She loves bushwalking and being outdoors, bringing an active, lively spirit to her days and to the conversations she shares with others.
