Parthena, 94 (gift partially funded)

Parthena grew up in Greece and values continuing the traditions of the Greek Orthodox faith, especially celebrating Christmas and Easter. She spent her working years as a kitchen hand and looks back on that time with simplicity and pride. Parthena loves animals. Her cultural traditions and gentle nature shape her daily life and make her a warm, steady presence in the community.
