Berenice, 98

Berenice grew up in Bosley Hills with her three brothers and sister, spending her school afternoons helping her father milk the cows. She looks back with pride on having her children, though she carries the sadness of losing them both. Throughout her life she enjoyed playing golf, sewing her own clothes and gardening, especially tending to the lovely rose garden her husband kept. These days, she finds happiness in the company of others, playing bingo and going to church. One thing she wishes is that she had stayed more connected with her family over the years.
