This page exists as a demo of the Stripe integration for the website.

Here's how it works:
1. The list of recipients and gifts are rendered to the page so that they can be accessed in the JavaScript code. The name and ID of each item are rendered in to separate text elements and the `data-id` attribute of each element is set to either "id" or "name" to allow the code to tell the difference.
2. Custom JavaScript code is injected in to the body to do the following:
    a. Read the recipients/gifts lists on the page and use the data to populate the form dropdown fields.
    b. Override the "Submit" handler so that on submit the form data is sent to an API endpoint we host on AWS. The endpoint will use the gift ID, recipient ID and message to generate a "Stripe Checkout Session" and send us back the URL of the checkout, allowing us to redirect the user to the payment screen. Note that the endpoint URL is defined in the code and should be different depending on whether the current project represents staging or production.
